As a graphic designer and art director with 20 years of experience, I have worked with a wide variety of companies from Fortune 500s to sole-proprietors just getting started. I have extensive experience with print design and production, identity programs, marketing collateral, packaging, trade show graphics, and photo retouching. I am well versed and comfortable working with existing design standards or creating new ones. Along with print experience, I also have a background in developing web graphics, e-mail blasts and web ads, as well as a good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Currently I work and live in Woodstock, Illinois as an independent contractor/freelance designer, commercial and fine art photographer. I consult and work on various projects with small business owners, ad agencies, marketing and design firms to develop projects with time and budget sensitive needs. Identity, collateral, print materials and website for a not-for-profit, volunteer organization devoted to promoting the arts and the Woodstock Opera House. Since 1961 this group has worked to restore the Woodstock Opera House and provide inspiring programming on that historic stage. The site was new for the group and is used to announce upcoming programs, scholarship and community events. The new website was designed along with a new logo to promote the groups activities.
